Processing and Shipping

Prints and cards are usually shipped within 7 business days from the time the payment and shipping information is received with the exception of preorders. (*See below.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please be aware that delivery times we give you are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary do to contributing factors which are beyond our control. Please contact us prior to placing your order if it is time sensitive.

All orders will be sent to the address provided during the ordering process. Please double check the order confirmation email you will receive from us, to verify the mailing address you provided is accurate. If you do not see an email from us, please check your junk or spam folders for it.  Upon delivery we are no longer responsible for the package. If you would like to set up signature confirmation you may do that yourself, with the shipping agent, after you receive the tracking information. While Leanna Weber Art has no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specific situation in an attempt to work towards an appropriate solution.

We currently only ship within the U.S but we hope to ship internationally in the near future.

Product Availability and Pricing

Prices, products and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice at any time.

If there is an item that you wish to purchase but it is not in stock or is not in the size you desire, please feel free to contact Leanna at Leanna@LeannaWeberArt.comand we can discuss when / if it can be available.  

*Pre-Orders

Some items are only available through pre order. For example, holiday cards. When you pre-order a product Leanna Weber Art does not have that product in stock.  Within 3 business days of us receiving your payment, we will order that product from our supplier. We usually receive print orders from our lab within 2 weeks. Once we receive your pre-ordered product, we will then send to you as mentioned above. If you have any questions on a pre-order product, feel free to contact us at Leanna@leannaweberart.com.

Original Painting Shipping Costs

We will invoice the shipping costs for original paintings after the purchase. All additional shipping costs or credits will be calculated based on distance and package dimensions and will be invoiced or refunded after sale via email. If you would like a shipping quote prior to purchasing a piece, just email us. Original paintings will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

Personal Use Only

The purchased products are for your personal use only. You agree not to sell or resell and products that you purchase. Leanna Weber Art reserves the right to reject your order if we suspect or know that you intend to resell or copy any of our products as part of a commercial or personal business. By using this website, you accept and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright of all images or artwork prints on this website, is owned by or licensed to Leanna Weber. This website and the content may not be reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by law or in writing by Leanna Weber Art.

For commissioned artwork, the copyright remains with the artist, Leanna Weber, unless the copyright for the artwork is signed over to the person or company who commissioned it. Purchasing original artwork, assumes that you purchased the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, but you do not own the copyright to the artwork. 

Payment

You authorize us and any payment processor to charge your payment card for all purchases you make. 

Taxes

The prices stated on this website does not include any sales, state, federal, local or any other taxes, You are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes related to your purchases. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe are required to pay or collect related to your purchase.
